These are the terms and conditions of use for this website and any business therein with UK Geminvestments Ltd (hereafter Geminvestments). By using this Web site you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions described below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. These T&C’s constitute an agreement between you and Geminvestments. The right to change and modify the site or any T&C’s is reserved by Geminvestments and your continued use of this site following such changes will constitute your agreement of them.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom, not any other territory in which a customer resides, and not according to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any action at law arising out of or relating to these T&C’s or use of the website is subject to UK legislature. If any of these T&C’s are found by any jurisdiction to be void, invalid or unenforceable, then it shall be treated as changed or reduced, only to the extent minimally necessary to bring it within the laws of that jurisdiction and to prevent it from being void. Subject to that, each provision herein shall be interpreted as severable and such changes will not affect other terms.

In the event of any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control Gem investments invokes force majeure.

Geminvestments endeavours to be accurate with the pricing and descriptive information of its products on this website. However, details may be inaccurate due to factors such as exchange rate variation,  subjective description, typographical errors, etc. Since computer monitors vary products may vary in size and or colour from the representative picture. Disclosures about gemstone treatments will always be made on the best available knowledge. Geminvestments reserves the right to correct any and all errors and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices or descriptions.

You must pay Geminvestments the full price of your order before you own any part of it. The customer shall act as bailee for held, but unowned goods and shall not dispose of them nor treat them as owned. The customer is responsible for loss or damage and Geminvestments will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages once a sale is complete, or while held by customers on approval.

Where necessary, for non-emerald goods, we offer a 14 day approval service. Items returned from approval must be returned with appropriate documentation and the costs of sending and return will be bourne by the consignee . Items returned after the 14 day approbation period will be subject to a 10%  restocking charge. In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, the right is reserved to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Deliveries will be made by a Carrier agreed in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. All shipments are fully insured and shipping charges are calculated on the weight of an order, but be advised that orders are shipped subject to agreement and Geminvestments reserve the right to refuse or modify terms depending on circumstance.

As Geminvestments is a wholesale supplier there is not return or refund of goods once  ownership has changed and item is paid for. The buyer accepts all responsibility for their actions.
