Cecilia Thompson is an Executive Assistant on the Operations Team at GEM. In this role, she provides executive support to the Chief Operating Officer as well as administrative and operational support to the broader Operations Team. Prior to joining GEM in 2025, Cecilia was the Executive Assistant to the Founders of Ora Global. She also previously served as a Business Support Administrator at Millenium and as an Administrative Services Associate at Dimensional Fund Advisors.
