Jane Booth is a Senior Associate in the Client Portfolio Management Group at GEM. In this role, she oversees the firm's underwriting process, monitors and reports on existing investments, and performs market research across the firm's investment strategies. Prior to joining GEM in 2026, she worked as an Associate at HarbourVest Partners. She received a B.A. in Art History from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
