Kayla Wieding is a Director on the Investment Solutions Team at GEM. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing and aligning the day-to-day operations of GEM’s Investment Solutions Team, including strategic planning and commercial target-setting, pipeline management, and content development. Prior to joining GEM in 2024, Kayla was a Senior Director, Investments at Corient (fka Avalon Advisors in Houston, Texas). Prior to that, she was an Investment Specialist at JPMorgan and a Senior Relationship Manager at TIAA Endowments (fka Covariance Capital Management). Kayla began her career at Goldman Sachs. She received a B.B.A. in Finance (magna cum laude) from Texas Christian University.
