Mitzi Siracusa is an Executive Assistant at GEM. In this role, she provides both administrative and operational support to the Investment Research Group. Her responsibilities include managing team logistics, facilitating communication among team members and across departments, and providing support for projects as needed. Prior to joining GEM in 2025, Mitzi worked as the Vice President of Investment Banking Operations at Piper Sandler, following 26 years as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Shamrock Capital Advisors.
