Nick Pappayliou is GEM’s Legal Counsel. In this role, he assists with legal review and execution of private fund investments and related matters; drafts, reviews, and negotiates corporate contracts; and supports the Legal Team’s process management and submission of deliverables. Prior to joining GEM in 2025, Nick was an Associate Attorney at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and prior to that was a Law Clerk and then Associate Attorney at Nexsen Pruet PLLC. Nick received a B.A. in Political Science from Davidson College and a J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law.
