Paul Monson is an Associate Director on the Investment Sourcing Team at GEM. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and leading research projects across investment themes. Prior to joining GEM in 2026, Paul worked as a Senior Associate at Future Standard. He received his B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Southern Virginia University.
