Ryan Clamage is an Investment Manager in the Investment Research Group at GEM. In this role, he supports the firm’s venture capital alternatives business by evaluating and underwriting high quality early-stage venture opportunities and actively contributing to the firm’s venture fund pipeline. Prior to joining GEM in 2025, Ryan spent five years at Vintage Investment Partners, most recently as an Advisor. He received a B.A. in Business and Political Science from the University of Rochester.
